There are three (3) methods to create preventive schedule A: Preventive > New PM B: Asset > Asset List > Select Asset > Schedule C: Preventive > Forecast Schedule *All columns highlighted in red are mandatory and must be filled in

If there is a red exclamation mark next to the Forecast / Schedule and Manual Generate button, it means there are work orders that have not been generated yet Note: Once all incomplete dates have been manually generated, the red exclamation mark will disappear

Insert Work Order refers to work orders that may have been created previously but were not recorded in the system. The purpose of inserting a work order is to re-enter the record into the system without requiring the technician to perform the task again.
