Floor Plan & GIS Map.
See where every asset is.
Pin your assets on your own floor plans and plant layouts, or on Google Maps. yCloudx shows every pin in its place and turns it red when its asset has an issue, so your team knows where to go.
Live activity
Your layout, with every asset on it.
Upload your own floor plans, plant layouts or site drawings, then place a pin for each asset. Dark pins are running normally. Red pins blink when the asset has an issue. Try it: pick a layout, filter the pins and click one.
Click a pin to see the asset. Illustrative sample layout and data.
- Your own drawings. Use the floor plans and layouts your team already knows, one for each location or floor.
- Pin each asset in place. Every pin carries the asset tag, so anyone can find the right pump or chiller on site.
- Issues stand out. A pin turns red and blinks while its asset has an issue.
Every site and outdoor asset on the map.
Place assets, sections and locations on Google Maps. Nearby pins are grouped into numbered clusters, so a whole portfolio stays readable. Click a cluster to zoom in, switch between map and satellite view, and use Locate to find where you are.
Click a numbered cluster to zoom in. A red ring means a pin in that cluster has an issue.

From drawing to the right asset in four steps.

When an asset has an issue, its pin turns red and blinks.
Go straight to it
Technicians see exactly where the asset is, even on a site they do not know.
Two maps, two jobs.
Floor Plan & GIS Map shows where an asset physically is. Asset Map shows how all your assets are spread across sites, locations and sections. Most teams use both.

Floor Plan & GIS Map questions
What is Floor Plan & GIS Map in yCloudx?
It shows your assets where they physically are. Image tagging places asset pins on your own floor plans and layouts. Map tagging places assets, sections and locations on Google Maps.
What can I use as a layout?
You can upload your own floor plans, plant layouts or site drawings as images, with a layout for each location or floor. Pins are then placed on top of the drawing.
Why do some pins turn red?
A pin turns red and blinks while its asset has an issue. This makes problems easy to spot on a busy layout or map.
Can I tag sections and locations, not only assets?
Yes. On the map you can tag assets, sections and locations, and the map shows how many of each are tagged.
What happens when many pins are close together?
Nearby pins on the map are grouped into a numbered cluster. Click the cluster or zoom in to see the individual pins.
Is there a satellite view?
Yes. You can switch between map and satellite view, and use Locate to centre the map on where you are.
How is this different from Asset Map?
Floor Plan & GIS Map shows the physical spot of each asset on a drawing or map. Asset Map is a portfolio overview that groups every asset by site, location and section, with a 3D World view and a Needs Attention list.
Can we use it for assets spread across many sites?
Yes. Map tagging keeps sites and outdoor assets on one map, while image tagging covers the detail inside each building or plant.
