If there is a red exclamation mark next to the Forecast / Schedule and Manual Generate button, it means there are work orders that have not been generated yet Note: Once all incomplete dates have been manually generated, the red exclamation mark will disappear

There are three (3) methods to create preventive schedule Method 1: Preventive > New PM Method 2: Asset > Asset List > Select Asset > Schedule Method 3: Preventive > Forecast Schedule *All columns highlighted in red are mandatory and must be filled in
