Notification

Notification status description **Notes – Only users with relevant access will be listed in the recipient selection field

Proceed to Setting > Notification > Compliance & Docs Under Compliance & Docs,  user able to select the recipient(s) in the Expired list Enter additional email recipients in the Additional Email Recipients field if required After ensuring all data is entered correctly, click the Save button

Proceed to Setting > Notification > Administration Under Administration Notification,  user able to select the recipient(s) in the User’s Cert & New User list Enter additional email recipients in the Additional Email Recipients field if required After ensuring all data is entered correctly, click the Save button

Proceed to Setting > Notification > Spare Part Under Spare Part Notification, select the notification status to be set Verify Stock Out Release           Critical / Expired Approve PR Fulfill PR Select the recipient(s) from the Users list Enter additional email recipients in the Additional Email Recipients field if required Repeat steps 2 to 4 for

Proceed to Setting > Notification > Asset Under Assets Notification, select the recipient(s) in the Asset Expired list Enter additional email recipients in the Additional Email Recipients field if required Under Assets Operational, select an Assets Operation Type Asset Verification Asset Registration Asset Proposal Asset Transfer Asset Dispose Asset Purchase Requisition Under Performer or Informative,

Proceed to Setting > Notification > Corrective Maintenance Select work order type (Breakdown, Out of Scope, Planned Corrective Maintenance, Reactive, Self Finding, Unplanned Corrective Maintenance) Under Performer or Informative, select the notification status to be configured Select the recipient(s) from the list (Users / Teams) Enter additional email recipients in the Additional Email Recipients field
