How to update or delete compliance & docs?

1. Proceed to Compliance & Docs > Compliance List > Select Running No
2. Click Edit button
3. Check all the details filled in the form
4. Edit any of the editable content if there is any correction
5. Update the form by clicking the Update button or Delete to remove it
