How to apply for asset disposal?

1. Proceed to the Assets > Asset Operations 
2. Click + Asset Operations button 
3. Fill in the details such as the Title, System Site, Type (Asset Dispose) and Remarks (if any)
4. After ensuring all data is entered correctly, then click Save button 

5. Once saved, the system will bring user to the second page
6. On the second page, user able to insert their comment as requester for each asset dispose
7. User can select asset from the list or scan the asset to be verified and insert the notes for each asset if needed
8. User able to insert attachment for each asset operation
9. User may click Save as Draft to keep as draft or click Request button if all data is confirmed. To delete the process, user can click Delete Asset Dispose
10. Once completed, user can view the assets dispose in Assets > Asset Operations
