How to fill in the Stovk Out Form?

1. Proceed Sparepart > Stock Out
2. User need to click “Stock Out Form” button.
3. User need to choose the System Site by choosing the site.
4. User need to choose the spare parts.
5. User need to fill in the Request Qty, Release Qty, Receive Qty, and also the Unit Price.
6. For Stock Out Purpose, user have 3 selections.
7. If user click “For Asset” button, user need to fill in the Asset Location, Asset Section, and Asset.
8. If user click “For Work Order” button, user need to fill in the preventive and corrective.
9. If user click “For Others” button, user need to fill in the purpose.
10. User need to make the remarks.
11. User to insert in the “Request By” in the Flow
12. For better experience, user need to insert all of the information.
13. User need to click “Create” button for confirmation
