User able to insert their comment as an approver for each asset proposal. The comment will be visible to anyone who views the asset proposal details
Once all details have been confirmed, user can click Close Proposal button. The status will be updated from Approved (Confirm Installation) to Closed
ll status can be distinguished through the Status shown in the Asset Operations list as well as the Current Sub Status displayed in the details of each Running Number
