How to add, update or delete service level agreement (SLA Response)
To add new SLA Response
- Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA Response
- Insert new SLA Response details and provide remarks if needed
- Click Add, and the new SLA Response will be added to the list
To update or delete SLA Response
- Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA Response
- Select SLA Response to be updated or deleted
- Click Update to modify the details or Delete to remove it from the list
- To delete multiple SLA Response at once, select the SLA Response and click Bulk Delete
