How to add, update or delete service level agreement (SLA Response)

To add new SLA Response

  1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA Response
  2. Insert new SLA Response details and provide remarks if needed
  3. Click Add, and the new SLA Response will be added to the list

To update or delete SLA Response

  1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA Response
  2. Select SLA Response to be updated or deleted
  3. Click Update to modify the details or Delete to remove it from the list
  4. To delete multiple SLA Response at once, select the SLA Response and click Bulk Delete
