How to add, update or delete service level agreement (SLA Resolution)

To add new SLA Resolution

  1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA Resolution
  2. Insert new SLA Resolution details and provide remarks if needed
  3. Click Add, and the new SLA Resolution will be added to the list

To update or delete SLA Resolution

  1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA Resolution
  2. Select SLA Resolution to be updated or deleted
  3. Click Update to modify the details or Delete to remove it from the list
  4. To delete multiple SLA Resolution at once, select the SLA Resolution and click Bulk Delete
