Live operations dashboard.
Your people and assets, right now.

See who is on a job, who is free and who has not shown up, next to every asset that is down, faulty or under maintenance. yCloudx builds the live picture from the work your team already records, so supervisors can act in minutes, not at the end of the day.

01 / Workforce Live

Who is working on what, where, right now.

Workforce Live shows every technician and staff member with a clear status: on a job, in an event, available, late or not shown up, on leave or off duty. Switch between a board, a map and a timeline, and filter by site or department.

  • Status from real work. Built from attendance, leave, calendar events and the jobs people start and finish in yCloudx.
  • Spot problems early. Alerts for timers left running, staff holding assets while away, expiring certificates, overdue project tasks and work waiting to be attended.
  • Assign with confidence. See who is free and where they are before you hand out the next job.

02 / Demand patterns

Know when breakdowns happen, and if your team is there.

The Patterns view looks back over recent weeks and shows when breakdowns are reported, when your team is actually doing hands-on work, and where the two do not match. It is the quickest way to plan shifts and standby cover around real demand.

  • Demand. Average corrective reports by day and hour, with the busiest and quietest windows called out.
  • Workforce and gap. Compare breakdowns with work done, and see the hours where you are overloaded or have nobody working.
  • Response time and today vs usual. Median time from report to attend by hour, and today's reports against a usual day.

03 / Asset live status

What every asset, location and section is doing right now.

One live view of your whole fleet. See what is down, faulty or under preventive maintenance, how long it has been that way and who is on it. Switch to locations or sections to see which areas are affected, coloured by their worst asset.

04 / Maintenance KPIs

The numbers that tell you if maintenance is under control.

The corrective overview puts the key figures on one screen, for the last six months or any date range and site you choose.

Pending corrective work at each step, so you know exactly where jobs are stuck.

How old your open work is, with overdue jobs past their resolution time flagged.

MTTR5.6 h

The assets that keep failing, so you can fix the cause, not the symptom.

The overview also tracks shutdown work orders, reports received today, trends and status distribution. Figures shown are examples.

Management

Availability, MTTR and backlog trends in plain numbers, ready for monthly reviews and client reports.

06 / One platform

Live, because it is all in one system.

The live dashboard works because maintenance, assets, attendance and calendars already sit together in yCloudx. There is nothing extra to enter.

07 / FAQ

Live operations dashboard FAQ

What is a live operations dashboard?

A live operations dashboard shows what is happening across your sites right now: which staff are on a job or available, and which assets, locations and sections are down, faulty or under maintenance. In yCloudx it is built from the work orders, attendance, leave and calendar data your team already records.

What does Workforce Live show?

Workforce Live shows every staff member with a status such as on job, in event, available, late or no-show, on leave or off duty. You can view it as a board, a map or a timeline, filter by site or department, and see alerts like timers left running, staff holding assets while away, certificate alerts and work awaiting attendance.

How does yCloudx know an asset is down or faulty?

Asset status comes from the maintenance work recorded in yCloudx. An asset marked as shutdown shows as down, an asset with open corrective work shows as faulty, and an asset with preventive work in progress shows as under PM. Each asset also shows how long it has been in that state and who is working on it.

Can I see status by location and section, not just by asset?

Yes. The live status view can switch between assets, locations and sections. Locations and sections are coloured by their worst asset, so you can see straight away which floors, rooms or production areas are affected.

Does the dashboard update automatically?

Yes. The live views refresh on their own and show when they were last updated, so the board can stay open on a screen in a control room or helpdesk. You can also pause or refresh it manually.

What are demand patterns?

Demand patterns show when breakdowns are usually reported, by day and hour, over recent weeks. yCloudx compares this with when your team is doing hands-on work, so you can see the hours where you are overloaded or have no one working, and plan shifts and standby cover around real demand.

Which maintenance KPIs are included?

The corrective overview shows pending work by stage, open backlog age, overdue work, MTTR (mean time to repair), repeat breakdowns, shutdown work orders, reports received today, trends and status distribution, filtered by date range and site.

Is there anything extra to set up?

No separate system is needed. Because maintenance, assets, attendance and calendars already sit together in yCloudx, the live views use data your team is already entering.
