How to view claim application status?

1. Proceed to Claims > My Records 
2. Review the list of submitted claim applications 
3. Locate the desired claim using the Reference Number (Ref No.), Claim Type, Request Date or Status
4. Click the Reference Number or the claim record to view its details
5. Review the claim information
6. Current approval status (e.g., Requested, Checked, Approved or Rejected) 
7. Monitor the application status until the claim has been fully processed
