How to insert PM report?
Insert Work Order refers to work orders that may have been created previously but were not recorded in the system. The purpose of inserting a work order is to re-enter the record into the system without requiring the technician to perform the task again.
- Proceed to Preventive > Insert Report
- Fill in the form to insert new work order
- The required fields are Plan Date, Maintenance Type and Asset Location.
- Other fields are optional, but it is recommended to fill in all details including:
- Insert Work Order : Asset Section, Asset, Category, Assigned By, Assigned To, Completed By, Form Completed, Verified By, Verified Date, Confirmed By, Confirmed Date
- Maintenance : Worker List, Start, Complete, Remarks and Spare Part
- Click Next to proceed to the checklist selection page
- Select checklists from the provided template or manually insert tasks to be used
- On this page, user able to insert reference, video, attachments and pictures
- Click Submit to insert work order
- The work order will automatically be added to the Preventive > List depending on the status
