How to Apply Medical Claim?
- Proceed to Claim> Application> Medical Claim
- Fill in the form to apply claim
- Then, click the “Next” button
- User also able to upload an attachment, such as the receipt as evidence which must be included within the system when applying medical claim
- After ensuring all data is entered correctly, the user can proceed to submit the form and simply await approval from the PIC for the claim request
