How to Apply Mileage Claim?

1. Proceed to Claim> Application> Mileage Claim
2. Fill in the form to apply claim
3. Once user entering the mileage, the system will automatically calculate the amount based on the present parameter
4. Then, click the “Next” button
5. User also able to upload an attachment, such as the receipt as evidence which must be included within the system when applying mileage claim
6. After ensuring all data is entered correctly, the user can proceed to submit the form and simply await approval from the PIC for the claim request
