How to set admin notification for user’s cert and new registration?

1. Proceed to Setting > Notification > Administration
2. User can select which admin should be notified when an existing user’s cert is nearly expired or when a new user registers
3. After ensuring all data is entered correctly, click Save button
4. The selected users will automatically be added to the list
5. Only user with relevant access will be listed
