  1. Proceed to Leave > Application > Maternity / Paternity Leave
  2. User able to see their Maternity / Paternity Taken on top of the form before applying
  3. Fill in the form to apply leave
  4. Click Next button
  5. After ensuring all data is entered correctly, user can proceed to submit the form and await approval from the PIC for the leave request
