How to add, update or delete service level agreement (SLA)

To add new SLA

  1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA
  2. Insert new SLA details and provide remarks if needed
  3. Click Add, and the new SLA will be added to the list

To update or delete SLA

  1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA
  2. Select SLA to be updated or deleted
  3. Click Update to modify the details or Delete to remove it from the list
  4. To delete multiple SLA at once, select the SLA and click Bulk Delete
