How to add, update or delete service level agreement (SLA)
To add new SLA
- Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA
- Insert new SLA details and provide remarks if needed
- Click Add, and the new SLA will be added to the list
To update or delete SLA
- Proceed to Setting > Corrective > SLA
- Select SLA to be updated or deleted
- Click Update to modify the details or Delete to remove it from the list
- To delete multiple SLA at once, select the SLA and click Bulk Delete
