How to add, update or delete on-hold reason?

To add new on-hold reason

1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > On-Hold Reason
2. Insert new on-hold reason details and provide remarks if needed
3. Click Add, and the new on-hold reason will be added to the list

To update or delete on-hold reason

1. Proceed to Setting > Corrective > On-Hold Reason
2. Select on-hold reason to be updated or deleted
3. Click Update to modify the details or Delete to remove it from the list
4. To delete multiple on-hold reasons at once, select the reason and click Bulk Delete
