How Can We Help?
What is the process of PM?
The flow of preventive maintenance work order will have 5 statuses from start to end which are:
- New
- Open
- Verify
- Confirm
- Acknowledged
The first step when a new preventive work order is issued either by manually insert or system-generated, the status will be “New”.
To open a new work order manually, refer to this tutorial: https://ycloudx.com/knowledge-base/how-to-add-new-pm-report/
To make the preventive schedule auto-generated, refer to this: https://ycloudx.com/knowledge-base/how-to-make-pm-auto-generated/
Then, users (eg. Engineer/Manager) need to “Assign” the work order to change the “New” status to “Open” status. (Assign is to choose which workers will receive the notification from the system to execute the work). Refer to this tutorial: https://ycloudx.com/knowledge-base/how-to-assign-a-new-pm-work/
After that, the “Open” status is for the workers (eg. Technician) to do the PM works. This is where all the repairing works details to be recorded. Refer to this tutorial: https://ycloudx.com/knowledge-base/how-to-perform-pm-work/
Right after the “Open” has been done, the status will change to “Verify”. “Verify” is for a user (eg. Engineer) to check as well as verify the report and work that has been done by the worker. Refer to this tutorial: https://ycloudx.com/knowledge-base/how-to-verify-pm-2/
After the work order has been verified, the status will change to “Confirm” which is basically the same process as “Verify” but it is for upper management to check (eg. Head of Department/Facility Manager). Refer to this tutorial: https://ycloudx.com/knowledge-base/how-to-confirm-pm/
The work order will be closed after it is been confirmed. The status will change from “Confirm” to “Acknowledged”.
Notification will be sent to appointed users via Telegram.
