Testing the Telegram ID

Before inserting the user Telegram ID into the system, system admin can send a message to confirm the user of the Telegram ID

1. Copy the user “ID” captured. https://ycloudx.com/knowledge-base/how-to-record-users-telegram-id-into-the-system/
2. Click “Or Fill in ID Manually”
3. Paste the user “ID” in the “Fill in ID Manually” box
4. Fill in some testing message in the “Enter your message” box and click “Send”
5. Ask the user whether they receive the message. If yes, the “ID” is correct.
