How to share links to vendor for perform PM work order (External Action)?
- Proceed to Preventive > List > Open > Click Open button > External Action
- Provide detailed instruction for external worker
- Select the person in charge (PIC) that responsible for this work order
- Choose which vendor that will perform the work from Vendor Option
- Click Save button to allow the system to generate a link for external parties
- Admin need to copy and share the generated link with the external parties
