How to share link to vendor for perform PM work order (External Action)?
- Proceed to Preventive > List > Open > Click the “Open” button > External Action
- Provide detailed instruction for external worker
- Select the person in charge (PIC) that responsible for this work order
- Choose which vendor that will do the work from vendor option
- Click “Save” button for allowing the system to generate a link for external parties
- Admin need to copy and share the link to the external parties
