How to set the accessibility based on the position?

1. 1. Proceed to the Setting > Administration > Access
   2. Simply select the position desired and choose what and which accessibility is allowed for the position
   3. As a result, any new user that is added into the system will be given accessibility based on their position
      • Not to worry, there is button to remove all the access or set the access based on system’s default

Note that:

1. Existing users will not be affected by these functions
2. The position appeared is based on the position added in
   
   • Setting > Administration > Position
3. If there is no access given to the position, the accessibility of the user will be given based on the system’s default. Keep in mind that, only selected positions to have the default system’s acce
