How to set the accessibility based on the position?

Proceed to the Setting > Administration > Access
Select the desired position and choose the specific accessibility options allowed for that position.
Once set, any new user added to the system will be assigned accessibility based on their position.
There is an option to Remove All Access or Set Access based on the system’s default settings.
Once the admin clicks Sync Empty, only staff without existing access will be synchronized based on their assigned position. If Sync All is clicked, all staff access will be synchronized based on their assigned position.
Note that:
Existing users will not be affected by these functions
The position appeared is based on the position added in
Setting > Administration > Position
If there is no access given to the position, the accessibility of the user will be given based on the system’s default. Keep in mind that, only selected positions to have the default system’s access
