How to register your Telegram ID into the system?

Users need to register their Telegram ID into the system in order to receive any notification from the system via the Telegram application

1. Install the Telegram application from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device
2. Log in to the Telegram app
3. Use the search function to find and click on the provided BOT
4. Click Start button and type your full name
   1. If your name matches the system record, your Telegram ID will automatically be linked to your account
   2. If there’s not match, please inform the system admin that you have completed the steps above so they can manually add your Telegram ID to the system
5. Admin Action: Need to manually register users’ Telegram ID
6. System Admin will follow these steps: How to Record Users’ Telegram ID into the System
7. Once the setup is complete, user will receive instant notifications via Telegram for any related updates

Note:

• BOT is a bot assigned to your company. Contact our support to get your company’s BOT.
• Alternatively, you can log in to yCloudx’s system and go to the Telegram tab to find the BOT name.
• The BOT name should look similar to this: yoursite_yCloudx or yoursite_yCloudx_Bot.
