How to record users Telegram ID into the system?

This tutorial is for the System Admin who has access to the Administration module. Follow these steps to add the user’s Telegram ID into the system:

1. First, make sure that the user has registered their Telegram ID by following this tutorial: How to Register Your Telegram ID into the System
2. After they have registered, go to Telegram (this is where all submitted info and Telegram ID from step 1 are listed
3. One the Telegram page, copy the ID based on the name submitted
4. Proceed to Administration > Staff Records > Selected User
5. Paste the copied ID into the Telegram text box and Save
6. That’s it! Let the user know that their ID has been registered
