How to receive notification via Email

Users simply can receive the system notification via email by entering their email address in their profile page as below:

  1. Click “Avatar” icon on the page OR click the “user” icon and “Profile” on top-right of the page to redirect to user info page
  2. Click the “Contact Information” link
  3. Fill in the contact information including email address in the text box given and click “Save”

*Admin also may change the email address of users:

  1. Simply proceed to Administration > Staff Records > (User’s Name)
  2. Edit the email address and click save
