How to perform PM work order for technician?

  1. Proceed to Preventive > List > Open > Click Open button 
  2. Fill out the form to do the work
    1. Start : Start time of the repair
    2. End : End time of the repair
      • You can manually enter the start and end times in the provided box
      • Click Add Working Time if the work continues on another day or is taken over by another technician.
    3. Worker List : Select the workers or team involved in the work
    4. Consumable : List of consumable used to perform the work
    5. Remarks : Add any extra notes regarding the work carried out
    6. Picture / Video / Attachment : Upload any media or attachment if needed
    7. Checklist : List of tasks performed during the work
    8. Spare Part : List of spare parts directly from the spare part list 
    9. Add Signature: Add the signature of the worker involved in the work
  3. There are FOUR (4) types of actions that can be done:
    1. Save as draft : Saves the entered details to continue late
    2. On Hold : Changes the status to On Hold (e.g., waiting for parts)
    3. In Progress : Changes the status to In Progress 
    4. Complete : Marks the work as complete and generates the report

Note:

  • The action’s status will change to In-Progress once the start timer is clicked
  • If the work order is On Hold, provide a description in the Remarks textbox to inform others why the work is on hold
