How to make an announcement?
- Proceed to Administration > Announcement
- Select the site where the announcement should be displayed (all sites can be selected)
- Enter the announcement in the text area provided. The text can be customised (e.g., bold, italic, underline, size, etc.). When making an announcement, you have the option to select a file either in image or document.
- Once the announcement is made, a notification will appear on the bell bar at the top-right of the page. The notification will be sent to all users and will disappear after 7 days.
- To manage announcements, the admin can click Show in the action menu to display them on the dashboard, or click the trash bin icon to remove them from the list.
