How to make an announcement?

  1. Proceed to Administration > Announcement
  2. Select the site you want the announcement to be displayed on, all can be selected
  3. Make an announcement in the text area given, and the text can be customised (e.g., bold, italic, underline, size, etc.). When making an announcement, you have the option to select a file either in image or document.
  4. There will be a notification on the bell bar on top-right of the page for each announcement made. It will be notified to all users and will be gone after 7 days
  5. But to keep an announcement on the dashboard, admin can select the Show button in the action menu
