How to make an announcement?

  1. Proceed to Administration > Announcement
  2. Select the site where the announcement should be displayed (all sites can be selected)
  3. Enter the announcement in the text area provided. The text can be customised (e.g., bold, italic, underline, size, etc.). When making an announcement, you have the option to select a file either in image or document.
  4. Once the announcement is made, a notification will appear on the bell bar at the top-right of the page. The notification will be sent to all users and will disappear after 7 days.
  5. To manage announcements, the admin can click Show in the action menu to display them on the dashboard, or click the trash bin icon to remove them from the list.
