How to insert meter reading?

1. Proceed to Meter > Meter List 
2. Select any meter to view the details
3. User can insert the meter reading each time he reads the meter 
4. User able to add remarks and attachment if needed
5. Once the reading is entered, the system will automatically update the reading history and generate a reading overview in graph
