How to insert meter reading?

1. Proceed to Meter > Meter List 
2. Select any meter to view the details
3. User can insert the meter reading each time he reads the meter \
4. User able to add remarks if needed
5. Once the reading is entered, the system will automatically update the reading history and generate a reading overview in graph
