How to insert completed work order for CM?

This is the form that can be used if the PIC wants to key in a completed work order into the system as a record, and does not require any further action.

Proceed to Corrective > Insert Work Order

  1. Fill in the form to report asset breakdown
  2. For breakdown date, user can choose the date or just simply tick the current time box
  3. “SLA” will be listed as created in Setting > Corrective > SLA
  4. PIC can input work order details in attend, complete, verify and confirm by whom along with the date the work was done
