How to insert completed work order for CM?
Insert Work Order refers to work orders that may have been created previously but were not recorded in the system. The purpose of inserting a work order is to re-enter the record into the system without requiring the technician to perform the task again.
- Proceed to Corrective > Insert Work Order
- Fill in the form to report asset breakdown
- The required fields are Asset Location, Description and Breakdown Date.
- Other fields are optional, but it is recommended to fill in all details including:
- Insert Work Order : Asset Section, Asset, Work Order Type, Select SLA, Findings, Reported Date, Attended By, Attended Date, Completed by, Form Completed, Verified By, Verified Date, Confirmed By, Confirm Date
- Action : Start time, Complete time, Category, Action Taken, Consumable, Remarks, Worker List and Spare Part
- Click Next to proceed to the next page
- User can upload an image, video and attachment as a proof of the breakdown asset
- Click Submit to create the work order
- The work order will automatically be added to the Corrective > List depending on the status
