How to create licenses & certificate?

  1. Proceed to Licenses & Cert> Add License
  2. There will be 2 pages need to be filled
  3. User need to enter the information on the first page including the requirement (if any). The text fields that must to be filled are Name and Agency while others are optional but it is best to fill in all information
  4. User can choose the date for Registration Date and Valid until date or just simply tick the current date box
  5. User able to insert Reminder so that they will receive a notification that their license and certificate date is about to expire in a day, week, month or others regarding their reminder date
  6. There is a field for user to insert the requirement needed if they want to
  7. The second page is where form for user to add attachment or pictures (if any)
  8. Click “Add” button on the page to submit the new licenses and certificate after all the information needed has been filled in
