How to Confirm PM?

  1. Proceed to Preventive> List > Confirm > Click the “Confirm” button
  2. Check all the details filled in the work order
  3. Edit any of the editable content if there is any correction
  4. Confirmer able to insert their signature, star rating and feedback regarding the work that have been done
  5. Submit the confirmation by clicking the “Confirm” button
  6. Click the “Reject” button to reject the work order which will change the status back to “Action”. The related workers will then receive notification and need to redo the work. Note that a reason for rejection needs to be stated in the “Remarks” text box given.
