How to add new part in Spare Part?

1. Proceed to Spare Part> Stock In > Add New Part
2. Insert information of the new part in
3. “Stock No”should be different from other spare parts. “Location” is where the warehouse of the spare parts is taken from. “On Hand” is the number of the stocks been put in. “Min. Qty” is the minimum quantity of the stock should be in the warehouse. Once reached the minimum quantity, notification will be sent to the related person. “Picture” is an image of the part
4. The text fields that need to be filled are ‘Stock No’, ‘Description’, ‘Location’, ‘Category’, ‘On Hand’, and ‘Picture’. Others are optional but it is best to fill in all
