Proceed to Assets > Asset List > Import / Export > Export Asset
Once export, user need to enter the information of the asset to be added
The text fields that need to be filled are ‘Asset No’, ‘Asset Name’, ‘Asset Section’, ‘Asset Location’, ‘Asset Site’ and ‘Asset Group’. Others are optional but it is best to fill in all
Save the document
Proceed to Assets > Asset List > Import / Export > Update Asset
