Proceed to Licenses & Cert> License List> (Choose any)> Edit Check all the details filled in the form Edit any of the editable content if there is any correction Update the form by clicking “Update” or delete the form by clicking “Delete”

Proceed to Licenses & Cert> Add License There will be 2 pages need to be filled User need to enter the information on the first page including the requirement (if any). The text fields that must to be filled are Name and Agency while others are optional but it is best to fill in all information
